Sales in the Pine Press Brasil store (pinepress.org/brasil) are made by MeuIA Consultoria em TI Ltda, CNPJ 69.650.249/0001-49, Rua Pais Leme, 215, conj. 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05424-150, and are also covered by the Portuguese-language Política de Privacidade published on that store.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address and message when you use our contact form or write to us. Information collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser data, collected through cookies and similar technologies by our analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Google Ads). We do not ask for or store payment card numbers.

3. Book purchases

Most of our books are sold on Amazon. When you click "Buy on Amazon", you leave our site and Amazon's own privacy policy applies to your purchase. Purchases in the Pine Press Brasil store are processed by Stripe; card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.

4. How we use information

To answer your messages, to run and improve the website, to measure which pages and campaigns work, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider, email provider, Google (analytics and advertising) and Stripe (payments in the Brazilian store), and when required by law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choices in the cookie banner or block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards, and other records for as long as the law requires.
